Chandada Lorato Masendu-Kusane
BSc (Property Studies), MSc (Real Estate), PMP, PRINCE2
Chanda Lorato Masendu-Kusane is the Managing Director of Minnacle Properties. She
holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Estate and a Bachelor
of Science degree in Property Studies. She is a certified Project Management
Professional (PMP) and a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Chanda has a wealth of experience in real estate specialising in Corporate Real Estate,
Property Development, Property Management, Valuations, Asset Management and
project management.
She is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana and is licensed by the Real
Estate Advisory Council.
